Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy integrates body awareness into the healing process, recognizing that emotional experiences often live within the body as much as the mind. Sand Play Therapy
Sand play therapy offers a safe, nonverbal way to explore emotions and inner experiences that may be difficult to express with words. Using miniature figures and a tray of sand, clients create scenes that reflect their inner world. This creative process allows healing, insight, and self-understanding to emerge naturally and symbolically.

My standard session fee is $170 for a 45-minute session. I also offer a sliding scale for clients who may need financial flexibility.

I am in-network with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield Highmark.
If your insurance provider is not in-network but offers out-of-network coverage, I can provide a comprehensive receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I offer limited in person sessions at my Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. This options is available for out of pocket clients. For clients using insurance, we can explore telehealth sessions or discuss how in-person sessions may incorporated into your treatment model.

Therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly to maintain continuity and progress. However, biweekly scheduling is also available to accommodate your schedule or budget.
